Pretty girl Rosa found a home and she is a Facebook star!!

After Gunnar, another LHS alum, passed away there was a hole in Duncan, his dad’s heart. He wanted to give another dog a loving home like he had done Gunnar. Duncan made his way to LHS where he found Rosa and he couldn’t imagine a better dog to help him during his grieving period of Gunnar. He took her home as a foster first during our Thanksgiving Home for the Holidays special. But after a few weeks he knew she was home. We’ve had some amazing adoptions this week and we especially love a foster fail (or success if you ask us ;).)

We’d like to thank Duncan for being such an amazing adopter. Not only caring for Gunnar and adopting Rosa, but for donating her entire adoption fee during the adoption special to pay it forward and continue supporting our pets!
