Our kennels were FULL last week, but not any more!!

Mid last week, we were already struggling with our dog population levels, and then we got word that Animal Control would be bringing in 10 dogs from one home for housing. We were forced to double up the rest of our kennels. We immediately launched an adoption special to make room for these dogs to live comfortably and get our longer-stay dogs into homes! We discounted all dog adoption fees to $20 and made all VIP pets half off. For the 250th birthday of America, we had a pretty good turnout with many long-stay and big dogs going home, including Macaroni, Marshall, Flex, Notorious, Archer, and more not pictured!

Thank you so much to everyone who adopted this weekend ahead of the 4th of July. We have many more adoptions to come, but we’re so happy for the ones who got to be out of the shelter when the fireworks went off!
