Calliope went home after her debut on TV!

Each week ABC 13 invites us to bring a ‘furry friend’ to be featured on their Living in the Heart of Virginia segment. Last week we selected new resident, Calliope. This beauty previously lived outdoors but was found in Pulaski, Virginia and transferred to our organization for care. She is 5 years old and quite the looker. For an outdoor cat she was also very well taken care of so we aren’t sure if she was outdoors her entire life. We knew she’d find a home quickly if she was on TV and we were right!

Calliope was adopted just 3 days after airing on TV and being featured on the ABC website. We are so excited she was able to find a loving home and can not wait to see what adventures she goes on next in her new loving home.
